The role you are applying for is within one of the businesses that is a part of Fletcher Building Limited (NZ Company Number 1104175) and its related entities (the ‘Fletcher Building Group’).
In addition, Fletcher Building is currently operating a shared systems environment with its Construction Division’s New Zealand businesses (including Higgins and Brian Perry Civil) which have been divested and now form part of VINCI Construction Group (the “Construction Businesses”). This shared environment is expected to continue for approximately 12 months from divestment. Roles in relation to the Construction Businesses are also being managed through this portal.
We will collect personal information about you for the purpose of recruitment and related activities (including in the event that suitable alternative roles across the Fletcher Building Group or the Construction Businesses, as relevant, may be identified) and for purposes otherwise set out in our Privacy Statement. We may collect this information directly from you, or from third parties such as referees, recruitment agencies, assessment providers, and background checking providers. Where we collect personal information about you from a third party, we will take reasonable steps to ensure you are aware of that collection, in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
Only those individuals who require access will be given authorisation and access to this information. This may include third party providers in respect of medical testing, psychometric testing, background checking, or other recruitment-related purposes.
